School Outreach
Since 2004 La Danserie has provided K-12 public and private schools throughout Los Angles County with quality outreach programs including student instruction, assembly performances and professional development.
La Danserie’s repertory spans classical and contemporary Ballet as well as Modern and Jazz styles and its highly experienced teaching artists and performers offer programs that are flexible and adaptable to individual schools’ needs, interests and budgets.
La Danserie's school programs may be found on Arts for All the Los Angeles County Arts Commission's resource directory for schools throughout Los Angeles County that is designed to centralize access to quality arts education programs that meet the Content Standards for CA Public Schools.
La Danserie is a 2011 recipient of a City of Los Angeles Certificate of Appreciation for its work with Carlos Santana Arts Academy, an LAUSD arts-focused K-5 school.
